1. Acceptance of Terms & Nature of Software

By accessing, downloading, or interacting with the Wallet B+ web application, software packages, or related institutional deployment offerings (collectively, the 'Software'), you agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions (CGV).

Wallet B+ provides client-side open-standard software interfaces for decentralized interaction with the Polygon PoS network. The software is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without warranties of custodial insurance.

2. Absolute User Responsibility for Private Keys

You explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• You alone control the cryptographic private keys and recovery mnemonic seed phrase associated with your wallet.

• Wallet B+ has no custody, no access, no backdoor, and no emergency recovery mechanism for lost keys or forgotten PIN codes.

• Any loss resulting from compromised devices, phishing attacks, malware, forgotten PINs, or lost seed phrases is solely your responsibility.

3. Enterprise Services & Deployment Deliverables

For corporate organizations purchasing institutional integration tiers (such as Corporate Edition or Sovereign Sentinel):

• Scope: Deliverables encompass private software deployment, custom RPC node routing configuration, multi-account hierarchy setups, and cryptographic hardening advisory.

• Payment & Activation: Enterprise fees are payable via approved commercial invoice or on-chain stablecoin settlement (USDC/USDT). Once technical integration and compliance audits are delivered, recurring SLAs are governed by the active master service agreement.

• Service Level Commitment: High-availability RPC routing clusters maintain a 99.99% target uptime SLA, backed by automated failover across decentralized endpoint pools.

4. Asymmetric Sovereign Guarantee & Refund Policy

For qualifying corporate rollout tiers, Wallet B+ provides a 30-Day Sovereign Operational Guarantee:

If the delivered enterprise infrastructure fails to pass institutional security audit or fails to lower verified on-chain transaction processing overhead compared to legacy benchmarks within 30 days of production deployment, the enterprise client is entitled to an unconditional 100% refund of the core setup fee upon contract cancellation.

5. Intellectual Property & License Restrictions

All software architecture, proprietary design systems, algorithms, interface layouts, and trademarks belonging to Wallet B+ and the B+ Corporate Network remain the exclusive intellectual property of the respective rights holders. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the proprietary corporate modules without express written authorization.
